A hand-picked selection, not an open marketplace
Oslo Apartments is not an open marketplace. There is no self-service listing portal and no login for property owners. We go through every property ourselves before it goes up. We look for furnished properties of good standard, attractive location and relevance to companies, expats, professionals or longer stays.

We review
We review the property ourselves against our quality and profile criteria. If it fits, we move on to a walkthrough.

Walkthrough and approval
We do a walkthrough and agree on terms, pricing and contract structure.

We publish
We finalise the listing copy, source or approve photos, and publish it ourselves. Tenant contact runs through us.
