The purpose of the service:

The service is initiated in order to assure you, as a resident, safety and security.

The security guard’s duties involve:

• Inspection of the area at variable times of the day
• Guard the property’s areas, and make sure that no unauthorized or unwanted people are staying on or nearby the property.
• If the security guard is in doubt whether you are a resident, he/she will ask you to show your key that provides access to public areas, your car etc.

Assistance- and close up service by G4S

The security guard can be called if an undesirable or unsafe situation arises, such as:

• Loud noises or disturbances
• Unwanted people staying in public areas
• Loss of keys to access the premises
• Sense of insecurity

The presence of a G4S security guard will reduce undesirable incidents on and around the property. In order to maintain the best possible service, we strongly recommend that you call us if you experience insecurity, feel unsafe, or if you notice any irregular behavior in your surroundings.

There are no additional charges by calling G4S – our purpose is to provide you safety and security!
